• The organizers reserves the rights of admission to this event. 

• All sale are final and non-refundable. You can purchase tickets online or at the door. Ticket prices subjected to change on or before the day of the event

• Tickets are non-transferable. If you have purchased the tickets online, please show the evidence of ticket purchased like credit / debit card with valid photo ID

• Outside food / alcohol / other beverages / etc. are strictly prohibited inside the event hall /venue. If found in violation of the rule, you may be asked to leave the premises. 

  If you have any food allergies, please contact our event staff and notify / consult them immediately. In case you consume food that you are allergic too, we will call 911 for help.

• The organizers of the event may alter the services offered in its marketing flyers due to reasons beyond control of the organizers and sale from tickets. Our goal is always to provide more benefits than advertised.

• This event has installed LASER lights and other fast flashing effect lights. Please refrain from looking directly at the LASER lights as it might pose health hazards and the organizers are not responsible

• This event has high volume levels. Enjoy the music from anywhere in the venue and move around to avoid subjecting yourself from health hazards and the organizers are not responsible

• Serving the liquor is at the discretion of the bar tenders and event organizers. If you are deemed unfit for anymore consumption, you may be denied further alcohol.

  Please do not carry alcohol / wine containers outside the permitted premises. We will do our best to object and provide guidance but if all our attempts fail, we will call 911.  

• In case the event is cancelled, the organizers will refund the entire amount to you after deducting payment processing fee (if any). This clause is not applicable for acts of God / Nature.

• Please be courteous to other guests in the venue. If you are being harassed or need help, please contact the onsite security staff immediately. We will do our best to handle the situation.

• Please avoid interfering with lights, sound or other equipments installed at the venue or trying moving them around. If you need any help or have any suggestions, please contact our onsite event organizers. You will be responsible and liable for any damage to equipments either intentionally or caused by negligence

  Enjoy the music and dance to your best. Our DJs will try their best to accommodate the requests. However, it is at the DJs discretion to play a song or delay as they are the best to make such a decision at any time during the event.
